Aaron Rosenberg, PCAM, AMS, CMCA, CAM, is the founder and CEO of Thrive Community Consulting, bringing more than 15 years of executive leadership experience across HOA, condominium, and rental communities.

He has led complex operations, overseen major projects, developed high-performing teams, and partnered with Boards and management teams to improve organizational performance. As a bilingual industry leader, Aaron facilitates leadership, communication, and team development workshops for both English- and Spanish-speaking professionals, helping organizations strengthen alignment, improve execution, and build thriving communities.
